Payment is done through Paypal or MercadoPago (Argentina only)

I prefer full prepayment cause of the fee and taxes. However, I also accept 50% upfront and 50% after approval of a second update.

The commission order will not be started until I receive the full or partial payment.

A full refund is only possible if the commission has not been started or if I cannot finish it. If the commission is in progress when you request a cancellation, you will receive a partial refund based on how much work was done.

I don't accept refunds if the art is completed.

You'll have full access to the wip piece and you can ask for updates whenever you want, however, I suggest waiting around 4 days to see considerable progress. If not asked, I will send updates in an accorded period. (usually, I take 3-5 days per update.)

You can request free revisions if your initial instructions were detailed and you're unhappy with my interpretation. However, if your instructions are vague (short descriptions, no images for references stabilizing the character's look/feel, or leaving the design "up to me"), no revisions are allowed for free. I'll let you know if your instructions are too vague for revisions; otherwise, it can be assumed they're sufficient.

Commissions are usually done within the range of 1-3 weeks.

Once satisfied with the finished product, you will receive an HD version without my watermark via google drive.

I own all the rights to any artwork I produce unless an agreement is reached and the rights are paid for.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

Editing the art is not permitted without my agreement beforehand.

You, as the client, are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use. And you have the right to upload the finished piece in any of your social media, without the need to tag me. (although I would appreciate it if you did ^^)
